Here at Club Central we have various different departments that operate within our Group ranging from IT professionals through to Maintenance staff.

To work at Club Central you must hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Conduct of Gambling Certificate approved by the LAB and have a passion for the service industry. You must be a night owl and early riser to work a range of shifts including days, night and weekends. The shifts here are demanding and you will be required to be on your feet for up to 10hrs in an environment that is exposed to some elements of environmental tobacco smoke. It is essential you enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life, have exceptional grooming standards, and an ability to smile even when the going gets tough. All applicants are subject to a comprehensive pre-employment screening check before starting with the club. It’s nothing to worry about; we just want to make sure each and every staff member is fit for the inherent requirements of their role.
There’s no doubting it, we are the leaders in our field and we strive for peak performance with our team. In return for your commitment to the club we are devoted to ongoing training and development for our staff, our aim is to uphold the high standard of service offered within the Club. We offer in house training as well as training through accredited institutions. Whilst industry experience is certainly advantages, Club Central does not focus on experience in recruitment sessions. Our philosophy is that while the mechanics of the job can be taught, the correct behaviours, attitudes and ability to work in a club environment can not. At the end of the day all clubs have beer, poker machines, and entertainment. It is up to our people to be our point of difference.
